Brenda is condescending and hostile to me over the phone repeatedly. I did not know the answer to one of her questions and stated so honestly and then she snapped at me today. Urging her superior to please review her voice calls. Check the date & timestamps too. I was introduced to Foothills Wellness through my friend and have attended one retreat, and I am truly impressed. I am sure it won't be my last.
Had trouble finding a doctor in High River but lucked out when I was accepted by this clinic.
Shout out to Brenda and her assistance yesterday. She was extremely helpful and is so positive in our interaction. As always a great visit to the Dr office, which isn’t always the case.
