Dr. Hartman and her staff are nothing less than superlative! They have set an industry standard that is exemplary! I have been a long time patient of Dr. Hartman and without fail she has made me feel like I am her only patient! Her expertise is evidenced by her accomplishments and recognition in her field. Very bad expercience. The office staff is incompetent. When ASKED if a refferal was in place, they assured me it was. It turns out the refferal had expired. ( you should be able to trust them, thats their job ! ) Because of their incompetence, I am now having to pay a $400.00 bill. They would not work with me, in a compromise or anything. Instead while I waited to try and work with them. They sent me to collections and have now put a lein on my house. By the way I have been making payments. I am retired and on a fixed income... read more
