I was so worried and stressed about sending my 63yo sister to a nursing facility after a 40 day hospital stay. The administration here is just amazing. It’s very clean and feels just like home! It’s worth her being 30 minutes away to be care for by the staff!
My mothers been at many nursing homes and this one was the most traumatic for her and the family. First off she didn't have a room phone, no internet access, no other way to contact me if there was a problem. She was showing signs of an infection from day 1 and I asked to get her evaluated asap. There’s good and bad here. Most employees nursing staff are great and treat my dad well. My dad enjoys going to rehab and he’s trying to relearn to walk and get more strength. Food is terrible and my dad and other residents refuse to eat a lot of it. Attempted to get a fridge for his room (as when he was admitted this showed as allowed- I HAVE THE PAPERS showing this AND other residents have them). The ADMINISTRATOR Charles REFUSED to allow my dad a fridge TODAY saying the policy changed a month and half ago… WITH NO NOTIFIC... read more
The staff took great care of my dad while he was in rehab. Everyone from office staff, therapy, kitchen and nursing staff we great! The staff was kind, compassionate, and caring.
