I was so grateful for the service! I had to move my mother quickly to a care center… I found my self overwhelmed with what to do with her belongings. I called spoke to Leroy who was so kind and explained the process. (I have never rented a unit before). The online rental process was easy….The price was reasonable, the unit was clean and I felt confident that everything was safe and secure. Also the unit very conveniently located. I have been with Foothills Storage from the beginning. They bring a personal touch to a professional business. They keep the facility clean. The locations are very convenient.
It was very easy to view available units to rent and I received a Welcome call after renting my unit online.
Worst storage ever. Dirty, inadequate security. Has my whole unit broken into and contents stolen. No security cameras.
I have been at my Peake St. Columbus, NC location for over 12 years. The facility became in somewhat disrepair due to previous owner's failing health. Foothills Storage LLC purchased the facility 2023. Leroy and Leon Yoder, communicated with tenants to share their vision then wonderful improvements began. The facility is transforming into a safe and secure place. They are still in process with improvements and respond to our requests/concerns in a very timely manner.
