Rudest billing staff ever. They made a mistake and submitted my claims under the wrong info. When Ayan called me to collect, I told her they needed to reach out to UNC to resubmit. She rudely said they don’t do that, and then kept interrupting me and saying I need to do it. After talking to UNC and emailing Foothills corporate, it was determined that they DO need to call insurance and resubmit - like I said.
