Dropped off my lawnmower a month later they could not find my lawnmower . It took them all day until the next day before they called me back saying they found it. I had the propeller fixed carburetor cleaned out and the cable line fixed got home mowed the lawn the wheel fell off and they charged me for a blade they never put on . RecommendedFoothills always treats me right! They get my equipment back very quickly and are always willing to help me fix anything even if it’s metal fabrication. They will know you by name in time and treat you as family.
if you want your seat to be missing go here. if you want you gas guage to be missing go here. if you want to wait weeks and your atv still not be fixed go here. if not then go ANYWHERE else. btw, the seat and gas guage was on two seperate items. NOT the way a customer should be treated.
Dropped my chainsaw off for a tuneup and troubleshoot and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. After a month I stopped in to check on it and was told it hadn’t even been looked at yet. When I asked to speak with the owner his response was “stuff happens, what do you want me to do about it?” These guys have no understanding of customer service. I got my saw back and left with a months time wasted and no service.
