I recently had some repair work and parts installation done on my camper, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Doug was fantastic to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire process while my camper was in the shop. Called to ask about services on AquaHot. Call went to voice mail and I got distracted and didn't leave a message. To my surprise Doug called me back from caller ID I guess. He took the time to talk me through some troubleshooting tasks and said if that didn't work then call back to get scheduled for repairs. I really appreciated him taking the time to help instead of just getting me in to make a buck. Thanks again Doug, Matt
