It takes something above & beyond for me to give a 5 star rating and, these folks achieved it. This is the second time we've been in a serious bind & they were there to save us. The first time was about 2 years ago when a surprise wind gust took our new awning off the trailer. And, it was mid-day on a Saturday. Foothill was the only repair shop open so I called them. My first wowzer is that they were able to get me in for service during this RV uber-high season. I was beyond shocked that they were able to squeeze me in so quickly!! And after I got there, they gave me a tech dedicated all day to solve what is typically a multi-day fix; and he got it done in one day! In addition, everyone I encountered working there was friendly and personable. Handshakes and/or hugs all around from me at the end of the day Highly recommended!
They wanted to charge us $30.00 for one refrigerator bulb. Went to O'Reillys and got two bulbs for $10.00.
What a wonderful rv service repair business. They got us in with only one day wait, replaced our Dometic refrigerator. It totally went out and are not being produced any longer. Roadtrek 210 They bought some just to have on hand. Sure glad they did. Took the failed one out and replaced with a new one. Onan generator was surging, and they serviced it also.
