5 STARS -- This is a late Google review as this occurred last April. My wife and I needed to get up to Washington State to care for my wife’s mother who had stage 4 Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer. As we tried to leave, our long slide on our RV failed (we are full-timers). We needed it fixed to drive and we needed to get up north as soon as possible. As I discussed the potential issues with Foothills RV staff and leadership, one possibility was we were going to need to have the manufacturer of the slide assembly build a new one... read more

Terrible customer service, never return calls, took FOREVER. RUNAWAY. NO COMMUNICATION, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
So this place is awesome! We called them from out of town because the air conditioner on the camper stopped in the middle of the night. They talked us through the problem over the phone instead of sending a tech out. So much appreciated! Thanks again!
