Renee Alver is the best caseworker EVERRRR!!
Marla Manor-Since Foothills took over the property has declined rapidly poor upkeep and empty promises of security upgrades. New tenants have let a wide range of people in and out of the building at all hours with multiple incidents of police being called. Very sad was a calm nice community prior to Foothills. Prior manager "J" did an extremely poor job and took no action with issues, told us at lease renewal Foothills would handle all outstanding maintenance issues in our unit, she never put in the work orders. Place has brought down the area to the fullest! The park behind it used to be beutifull but now nothing but scum, drugs, and theft. Great job decisions makers and those who supported it. I'm assuming none of you live near it.
Brandi Garcia was very knowledgeable and educated me on so much. Her work ethic was impressive. Grateful for her experience and valuable help in housing me.
