If I could give Foothills Regional Housing zero stars, I would. This review concerns the conduct of Nancy McClain and COO Loretta Andis. In my experience, Nancy McClain was condescending, dismissive, and completely lacking in the professionalism expected from someone serving people with disabilities. Legitimate disability-related housing needs were minimized and treated as unreasonable demands. Wow the receptionist is so rude I buzzed to come in for my appointment and didn’t know they just unlock the door don’t talk to you through the speaker to tell you so she walks up throwing up her hands with attitude saying it’s open! Then when I tried talking to her and told her I didn’t know they did that and apologized she kept walking and went behind the back door then asked me 5 different times why I’m there and I told her and she acted like she didn’t know who my case manager was thankfully a really nice lady stepped in ... read more
