Kind receptionists and the office is able to get you an appointment quick, a rarity! A nespresso in the office is a great perk!
I can't say enough good things about Heather Dietz and the office staff! Heather was incredibly kind, gentle, and validating. Her intake was so thorough, and she always encouraged me to call if I had any issues between appointments. The office staff was patient and helpful when I called with concerns! They never made me feel like an annoyance, and they always got back to me quickly. Once, they called me to check in the day after I was feeling ill from a new medication. I've had a wonderful experience with Heather Dietz both in office and phone appointments. Helped me through an extremely tough time and figured out the right medication. Very professional and also caring. Staff as well.
Worst experience with a mental health professional. They constantly gaslit me and made it seem like it was my fault that my meds weren’t working. I had health issues a few months ago and they had the unprofessional, not qualified, and VERY rude receptionist trying to tell me what meds to take that were life threatening and against my ER doctors opinion. I never had any blood tests done or anything to determine what meds I should take so I played a guessing game for a year and wasted hundreds of dollars. Go somewhere else if ... read more
