Never in my life have I ever experienced such an unprofessional Dr’s office. My visit was on Feb 22nd for chronic headaches. My appointment was with Dr Scot Fechtel. He was referred to from my GP Dr. Upon arriving I went through their initial exam by a friendly young man. Then off to the small room and waited. A PA arrived, named Amber. I have been a Patient of Dr.Scot Fechtel and Robin his, PA for about 7years! I am Sorry and Upset to Have to Leave them. I had to find a New Insurance because my Plan was Discontinued. Unfortunately, They do not take my new insurance plan! I have been Extremely Pleased with the Treatment I have received! They are Both, Very Caring People. The Office Staff are very Professional and Efficient! I Always received a Smile and Plesant Greeting at my appointments. There is minimal wait time. I have to say that dr hetrick, his pa, and the nd dr visser were all wonderful. I have been a migraine sufferer for many years and the treatment plan they proposed was medication mixed with natural therapy, which I was very excited about. This is where the trouble starts. One of the medications they provided me required a prior auth, the office staff refused to submit it to my insurance. Said i could do it myself. Please do not use this unless you want botox or hair removal! This office does not know anything about Parkinsons, neuropothy, ms! The only litature in the office was a serivce menu..cosmetic only! insulting staff!

NOT A GOOD PRACTICE! – Walked in to this nice office, but felt more like a salon that offered cosmetic services! No materials on any neuroligical problems! Only service menus with hair removal,skin resurfacing, and of course botox to get rid of wrinkles! I was in need of a professional with a serious neuro problem and was made to feel like I had an emotional problem! Dr. Scot Fechtel and Staff are superb! – I've been a patient as a migraine sufferer for some time and always received compassionate, knowledgable, thorough care with followup visits that are always as thorough. As assessments are carried out, when necessary, medications are adjusted or alternative methods of treatment are discussed and executed. Migraines are not easy to treat as a sufferer would know. If you need a neurologist, keep looking – Went there for treatment of migraine headache because insurance had changed and my old doctor wasn't in the new network. Too bad--the old one really helped, and these doctors (I saw two) were pretty much a waste of time and money. After four visits over the course of a year and no relief (unlike with the previous doc), I stopped going to them. The Botox they gave me didn't work, and they didn't seem to know how to inject it.
