Excellent and have been excellent for my two years here. I had extensive surgery on my left shoulder in 2019 and am having issues with my right shoulder, now. Highly recommended to all.

Very disappointed would not recommend this place to anyone we received no answers to my son's issues and more less were told it was all in his head ...she had the nerve to ask me if I was his health care proxy I walked out literally knowing nothing more than when we walked in ...she could have at least attempted to order some tests ....RUDE AND UNCARING

I was going to Dr Malik office for pain management after 3 back surgeries. Dr Malik determined there was nothing more he could do for me, so told me he was referring me to Dr Roger in Buffalo. I waited 2 weeks and called his office to see if I had been accepted as a patient for the new Dr. As usual, the nurses do not answer calls nor do the return calls. Very friendly always ready to answer any question you have. Also repeatedly asking if you have any questions trying to make sure you know what you need to know.
