Staff are friendly and looks after your needs medically
Very frustrated with the parking. Husband had surgery. Firstly amd mist important All staff were awesome from check in, nurses, doctors, surgeons etc. Except parking office. Sign says if you are staying longer get a form from nurse unit. So I did. Took it to the parking office as per instructions after I called the number and they closed at 2pm on the Friday for 1.5hr meeting and then closed for the weekend so had to continue paying $15 per day. Built 10 years ago. Very accesibel parking. Easy to get around. Great new medical center.
I highly recommend the North parking lot at Foothills Medical Centre over the center parking lot. The best level to park is P3, which is far superior to P1 or P2. If you plan to stay longer than 3 hours, consider opting for the 24-hour rate as it is more economical than adding time after 3 hours. Additionally, P1 and P2 are often dark and crowded, so drive cautiously and be mindful of pedestrians who may be wandering aimlessly in search of their destination.
The emergency department has some amazing people. They are friendly, but I see that they are disorganized a little. See alot of nurses wandering around. Test result come quickly. I understand there are traumas that happen and it gets busy but they need more staff. Its not good to be waiting 9 hours in ER to get results.
