Absolutely the best massage therapist in Winston-Salem! I’ve been getting regular massages for years, and Foothills Massage inside Legends Gym is hands-down the most professional and effective experience I’ve ever had. The Stephanie truly knows how to work out deep muscle tension, improve recovery, and relieve pain from workouts or daily stress.
Stephanie does an amazing job and I can't wait to go back. I feel so much better and all the areas she worked feel like new. Highly recommend!
