I attempted to renew a professional liability policy back in August. Sadly, that policy lapsed due to Foothills' negligence. As a broker, they should be embarrassed! Brokers give the insured options. This broker had one "option" at the time of renewal that fell through. Foothills will play the blame game and say they were waiting on answers from the carrier yada, yada, yada.
