Overall great experience with staff and facilities. I went in and was met with very nice nurses and a very clean environment. Parking was easy and it was very easy to know where you needed to go. However, the nurse staff in the ED unit didn’t seem to fully know what was happening a what was needed from them. While I am one patient of several others, and there are plenty of things going on in the whole department that I don’t know about it was arguably concerning. Staff was very personable and professional. Testing was done on a very timely basis and diagnosis was effectively communicated. Also did a great job of prepping me for going home from the emergency room.
