My visit to BCH ER was the most pleasant experience with the medical community (doctors, hospitals etc) I have ever had. Thanks to Anthony and Sarah especially.
I was sent to ER by my new PCP due to abnormal lab readings indicating kidney problems. All ER personnel were very professional and comforting throughout my visit (as I previously experienced). Diagnosis quickly pointed to dehydration and diet. After several confirming tests, I was released with instruction to hydrate and eat.
Caring and very competent staff and great facility. I was there middle of night in the ER and felt well taken care of!
I waited in lobby for 90 minutes
Treated me with respect and compassion.
