My wife and I contacted Foothills Floor Covering for a quote to lay tile in our complete home. When the estimator came he began measuring our square footage and he asked me what square footage others quoted. I advised him that the only other quote I had was for 1,399 square feet. This office is a joke. Poor management, unprofessional owners and ridiculous “hr” Stealing money from their workers every chance they could. Lying cheating company. THANK GOD their contract ends soon!
As stated in other reviews, Foothills Flooring is a sub-contractor for Lowes, where we purchased our carpet. The two man crew (**** & **** - really!) arrived exactly on time, had us look at and accept the product before unloading. They were friendly, personable and professional. But, more importantly, they did a great job. I'll use them anytime.
Today was the day my floor installation was to begin. All materials were delivered by Lowe's and I believe the installers name was mark. He showed up early and told my wife that the floors could not be installed since the floor wasn't leveled by 1/16th of an inch above 4ft or 1/8th an inch in some places. It was recommended that the whole house be grinded down to be leveled. Keep in mind that the floors were already inspected and noted that no additional work was needed. We purchased Pergo at Lowes, and the installer they sent from Foothill Flooring did an absolutely fantastic job. (Ask for ****) He was careful, meticulous, went above and beyond our expectations,. He is personable, honest, conscientious. We could not received a better job. Our floor looks great. We could not be happier.
Please do not use this company!!! They were an installer for flooring we bought from Lowes. Their installers showed up late, left after only a couple hours of work, and were extremely rude. They got our order wrong, and even when Lowes would confirm with them, they still did not complete work they were asked to. We had to have Lowes send out another person to finish baseboards they refused to do. The second day of our installation, the installer told us he would arrive "after 11am."
