I have a rare autoimmune disease with several secondary problems that have come up over the years. My doctor works hand-in-hand with my specialists. Any problems I’m dealing with are addressed as fast as humanly possible. I feel safe and comfortable with my doctor and strongly recommend coming to this family practice.
Something needs to change here ASAP. Everytime I book an appointment the doctor is at least 2 hours late. If I book an appointment for 10 latest I expect to be in my appointment is 10:30.
Doctor Gordillo is amazing but the reception is horrible. The phone line is off most the time and you cant leave a voicemail. Poor customer service/management.
