I love my doctor but the lady who works the front desk who has an accent (Russian, Ukrainian, unsure) is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She is so rude and unprofessional while dealing with patients. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
We have seen several doctors here, and they have all been wonderful!
Excellent staff 👌 Everyone is extremely good at their job, wait times are very minimal, it's a joy to come to.
I tried to call in because one of their doctors in accepting new patients. I was a former patient at this clinic years ago but my doctor moved away... I informed the receptionist that I had fired my doctor at a different clinic due to some major issues I was having and was looking for a better fit. She proceeded to laugh at me and tell me I couldn't see the doctor there because I fired my doctor to get into their clinic, which was very much not the case. She was extremely unprofessional.
