Excellent staff 👌 Everyone is extremely good at their job, wait times are very minimal, it's a joy to come to.
I tried to call in because one of their doctors in accepting new patients. I was a former patient at this clinic years ago but my doctor moved away... I informed the receptionist that I had fired my doctor at a different clinic due to some major issues I was having and was looking for a better fit. She proceeded to laugh at me and tell me I couldn't see the doctor there because I fired my doctor to get into their clinic, which was very much not the case. She was extremely unprofessional. If you would like a doctor to give you medication and nothing more this is the place. Dr. M does not listen to your needs, has no desire to find root cause of issues. I’ve found over the years her preferred method is to prescribe medication to mask the pain, not find the root cause to the pain. Unfortunately, I was in on a Friday to speak with her about the severe lower abdomen pains and issues regarding Cysts on my ovaries and she stated to me “everyone has cysts on ovaries and do not worry about it” Two days later, this Su... read more
