I have no complaints with the medical staff, but the management is very poor. it is 2:12 pm and their automated voice machine indicates that they are away from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Also, they do not have any option for a callback. So, I guess I will have to insist until they finish chitchatting.
I’ve gone through 3 doctors at this clinic and every one of them has been amazing. I also never have to wait long in the waiting room.
We have been with the clinic for the past 10 years. We have had our physician leave twice. Now we are left with a physician who does not acknowledge our concerns, plan any follow up for resolution of issues or evaluation of selected treatment. In addition some physicians requiring supervision due to not being fully licensed have had poor social interactions in addition to suboptimal plans for management.
