Waited 8 minutes on hold after the phone tree, then gave up. Called again later and someone answered this time. However, I have a sick kiddo and they cannot give him an appointment for SEVERAL WEEKS OUT. This is exactly what I was told. Sorry, but we cannot give him appointment for several weeks out. What good is your doctor if you cannot see him when you need him. Changing offices, this one is apparently too busy for their customers.
To be fair on reviewing, I must say I am a patient at the 7777 W 38th clinic long time before Foothills Family Medicine patients joined SCL Physicians Group. Care and service has always been wonderful here. I have never had calling in to office or setting appointments up. Until the joint of the two offices. A lot of changes seen and some not so happy staff members, which was not that way for 8 yes prior. Constantly on hold when trying to contact. New staff is a joke. I will be looking for a new doctor for my mother and she has been going here for over 20 plus years. Ridiculous.
Horrible Dr.landrum is do not go there.She is horrible to her staff.
