Don’t reach out to this practice if you want a timely response back. It only makes me wonder how responsive they are to their patients! It’s been close to three weeks now since I inquired about becoming a new patient. I made a follow up call at two weeks. Spoke to the receptionist both times. I have heard n.o.t.h.I.n.g.! I was so excited to finally find a plant based doctor! NOT now!

My family has had Dr. Carroll as our primary care physician for over 10 years. He is knowledgeable and takes great care of us. His style of care focuses on education, healthy foods and exercise.....not medications. His nurse, Teresa is outstanding as well. We are very happy with Foothills Family Care, LLC.
