I have had root canals done before but not by Dr. J. I highly recommend going here. It was the best experience I have had with a root canel. The staff is wonderful. Dr. J explain every step and made sure I wasn't in any pain during the root canel. If I have to have another one done this is the place I will go too.
From lovely Gigi at the front desk, to cute Kiera in imaging and assisting, and finally to the skillful Dr. J, the experience was professional, caring, and kept pain and discomfort to a minimum!
We are very pleased with everybody that works with Dr. J . Excellent customer service ! Actually it is impressive. Dr. J treats you like his own family . Definitely we recommend to go with him .
I had never had a root canal before and this was my first. So I was a little anxious. The staff were so warm and friendly. They even offered me a blanket and let me choose what music to listen to during the procedure. Dr. J. was professional and proficient. He checked on me throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend.
