Foothills Crawlspace was a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job of encapsulating my basement, and I can already tell a difference with comfort level in rooms that were previously drafty and harder to heat. Would highly recommend.

Foothills completed our crawlspace encapsulation across 4 days. In that time they cleaned away the old insulation, removed all requested debris, treated all the floor joists and installed rigid insulation and pool liner like membrane. Work crews were prompt, courteous and open to my questions and comments about the work. Brook Hannon and his employees have a great company and I will let others know of their qualities. Highly recommend if you need crawlspace work. There are multiple positives to our experience. The owner came to our home quickly to give us a quote and had his team out within a week for the job. They completed our crawlspace before the estimated completion date and our crawlspace looks fantastic. The dehumidifier they installed rapidly removed moisture and smell. His team was professional and efficient. Lastly, they beat their competitors prices. We are very happy with their work
