Almost 5 years ago I walked through the doors at Foothills Centre for Change. I was scared, lonely and broken and I had been for a very long time. I spent YEARS of my life trying to prove to myself that I could drink like a normal person. I had completely abandoned myself and at that time I didn’t even know it!
