All the ladies that work there are super nice and helpful. I've been coming to this bank for years now and never had any issues.
This bank is trash. They don't protect your money from suspicious activity. They're closed on Saturday and at 4 pm. Their "customer service" are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Don't bank here unless, you're looking for a headache.
It really varies someday's service is great depending on who's working and some days like today? It's horrible, when you walk into a bank, you would really like the people.But who are not helping others to address you and to try to help you immediately not ask you to stand by while they both continue to do what they're doing. I don't feel like that's good customer service.
