The one star reviews seem to be from people who were removed from the program due to choices they made ie…consequences were enforced. It is a homey, clean facility with a beautiful campus. A wonderful facility with caring and present staff. The support our entire family received was amazing.
hello my name is Peyton Benn i recently was curious to see the reviews of RED OAK FOOTHILLS and saw 2 of my good friends post a review dont send ur kid here this place smells like mildew and poop and musty kids and the bathrooms have mold in the showers and ball hair all over. Hi my name is Grant I was recently discharged about a week ago. Majority of my time spent at foothills was just bad I felt very mentally exhausted from staff there. I was cussed out by staff named Ava and Kelly they had no respect for my well being “ I will relapse because of you” one of the staff told me. She also gave nicotine to clients there. Management was great in the aspect of therapy and support. It was the day to day that was very poor and unproductive. On weekends all time was spent in a basement.

The therapy aspect was great shoutout to cianna and so was the food and the animals but bridget the owner sucks she prioritized literal freetime at the end of the day over aa and na visits and some of the staff were so unreasonable and as far as actual recovery goes its not a good environment most of my friends from this place have relapsed and so many people quit while i was there so was really unstable and rather than stop taking in new kids and take a while to find solid staff they literally hired a guy who tackled one of... read more
