On-time, in-expensive, and friendly The technician, Steve, arrived promptly within the a 2 hour window. He introduced himself and was very friendly. He was the owner and seemed to know what he was talking about regarding my appliance. It was fixed the same day and I was not charged a trip charge since I agreed to have the work done, which if i didn't, was only a $45.00 trip charge.
