I can not recommend Foothills Animal Hospital highly enough. Every staff member is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about both pets and their people. A special mention to Dr Rachel, who is absolutely amazing — calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly gentle. They are truly fear-free in everything they do, making visits so much less stressful for anxious animals and their owners. Exceptional care, wonderful people, and a clinic I trust completely.
They were very sensitive to my need to say goodbye to my lovely mate. They gave me as much time as I wanted to cuddle him. They also cut some of his fur and took a paw print for me as a keepsake. I couldn’t have asked for a better veterinarian surgery. Thank you so much for making it as easy as you could for me to let go of River
Some staff may need a competency check as one ‘vet’ there told us our cat needed his teeth out and that’s why his sick when turns out he was in kidney failure. Great work
