No issue with the doctors or assistants. The care is of good quality and the cost seems in normal range. However, the issue is scheduling appointments that work for busy families with kids who are involved in extra curricular activities. I have 3 children currently in braces…some are still in braces bc of scheduling problems. No doctors on Fridays means one of the prime afternoons of the week for busy kids (with school getting out early) is gone. The front desk is great, the Orthodontics’s are amazing! The billing department however are the HARDEST people to get a hold of! The patient portal no longer works to pay your bill online and the billers just never answer their phone. If the office could fix their billing department it would be a lot better experience. I am a medical biller and coder myself and I know that most insurances have portals and we are NOT on the phone all the time.
