Dr. Desai is an awesome dentist! I came to her office for a cleaning and it was a great experience, she explained to me the treatment, step by step and made me feel at ease. I definitely recommend anyone to go to her office.
I really loved Dr. Desai, however over the last 6 months Dr. Desai has cancelled on me hours before my appointment 3 separate times. I understand family emergency's happen, but if the doctor is going to be out of the country, I shouldn't be getting a call the day of my appointment saying we need to reschedule.
Love, love Dr. Desai! She's a great dentist, very kind and makes you feel relax at her office, she's very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the treatment you will receive.
Dr. Desai is the best! My comfort and health are always prioritized with premier service. Would definitely recommend having Dr. Desai to anyone looking for an extraordinary dentist and true professional.
Bad experience. The doctor is very arrogant. The way she speaks as if she knows everything and others are just dumb. Trying to insult customers. DO NOT recommend.
