This place does not respect people’s time. My appointment was at 3:30. It is 5:00. Still haven’t seen the doctor. And no, this is not because of COVID. I once waited here for 3 hours. Every time I wait at least an hour. I’m done. Today will be the last time I come here.
The Dr. was excellent, caring and the staff was ok. Even though it was lunch time I would have preferred to have someone assisting him. But he continued on alone and did my surgery. Quick painless and I was out the door ❤️❤️
I will never go here again. The doctor was great. The customer service and billing were horrible. They will not accept returns on glasses, even if the prescription isn't accurate. I could have saved a lot of money, if I had made the glasses myself (They would have been equally as effective as the ones I was given). If you want to buy glasses, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place is the worst.
Excellent experience. Lots of easy parking (behind Colorado). Fast, easy check-in. Veronica and Monica were welcoming and gracious. Minimal wait time. Leo was courteous and professional. Art was as well. Dr. Wong took her time to make sure she did a thorough examination of my eyes. I needed further examination and was referred to a specialist in Glendora. Am recommending to my daughter.R
