Foothill Cyclery was the ultimate in customer service experiences! Not only did they let me have a rental bike to try out, they let me keep the rental u til the bike I ordered came in. Sam , one of the dependable and knowledgeable employees, not only kept me posted on the status of the bike, he through in some comp amenities for my bike. I did feel a little guilty buying a bike out of town, but they roll out the red carpet here and I give them 5 stars!!!
Long story so won't bore you with the details but I walked in the door with my broken bike and the guys dropped what they were doing and gave me stellar service on the spot. Thirty minutes later I'm back riding and enjoying my vacation. I couldn't ask for more.

Best bike shop in town with excellent customer service. Most of the times I have brought my bike in for repairs they fixed it on the spot. For things that couldn't be fixed immediately I got it back the next day. Very knowledgeable staff. My wife, son and I all ride bikes from Foothill Cyclery.

They're my go-to for my bike needs! I love how the people working are more like your friends than people trying to sell you things. Not only are they helpful in repairs, maintenance, and new parts, but they often are down to go riding with you at some point as well! Good fam vibes for sure!
