This place deserves all the negative reviews ever. The director of this place, Cristina is the most horrible and dishonest person I’ve met. She didn’t care about my opinion as a parent, if anything went wrong and I would bring to her attention she wouldn’t acknowledge or show support. This company only cares about taking your insurance money, I’ve waited so long for updates on starts dates but she never had a clear answer or would avoid answering. My husband and I love foothill child development Services we have never had any issues with them, my little loves her therapist and everyone that works there, They are genuine and provide quality care. My child has improved and learned so much since she has started therapy, I thank them everyday for everything they do, I will always recommend fcds to anybody, I went to a few places before them and was not happy, We consider Foothill child development Services as part of our family. This is solely about the office. The therapist we were provided was amazing and my child absolutely loved her along with her supervisor. The scheduling department however is absolutely disgusting. Jasmin is horrible. She has horrible customer service, horrible work ethic, disgusting attitude. She tries to tell you what your going to do vs asking you if its ok.
