Had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Chan and his team have wonderful bedside manners as well as being super knowledgeable and capable. I had braces removed and needed an implant to complete my smile journey. I was originally recommended to another office which was awful, and found Dr. Chan on my own. Dr Christopher chan's office is incompetent to the point of being on the verge of Mal practice. Update: along with a procedure that Dr. Chan performed we were told it was important to take antibiotics to prevent infection. When we were about to leave the office we were given a bag. I asked where the prescription was. I was told that the prescription was in the bag. When we got home there was no prescription. Do Not Go There! I had a positive experience with Dr. Chan in the past, but my recent visit was a nightmare due to the management office. They are completely untrustworthy if you don't keep copies of your records and meticulously check every document. They incorrectly charged me and sent extra bills for services I didn't receive. They also wouldn't respond to messages or return calls after taking my money.
