Might have been the most expensive crappy wash I’ve ever gotten. $50 to basically get vacuumed and washed. My car was still dirty both inside and out.
WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE! Foothill Car Wash completely killed my daughter’s car. We got an oil change here right before I drove her up to college. They did not screw the oil plug in properly and it popped off during our drive. All the oil leaked out and her engine seized because of it. After washing my car, my side mirror broke. No matter how many times I call to ask them to fix it, they won't answer.
The car wash itself was decent, but 1 star for the cashier lady named Gletta? Greta? Idk how her name is spelled. She was extremely rude and she rolled her eyes multiple times at me when I was confused about the payment, and rolled her eyes at the other employees. Seriously? What is with that attitude? The manager showed me so much kindness, and it honestly made my week. He took the time to listen and understand exactly what I needed for my truck. He even pulled some of his guys aside to explain the specific cleaning I needed on my truck. The attention to detail and genuine effort to accommodate my request left me so happy.
