Do not use this company! Every time I pay my bill by credit card, the account information is stolen and there is fraudulent activity. I have systematically only used cards that I don’t use for anything else so there no way it could be stolen elsewhere.
We have had them 14 years - first time we needed them because fire alarm is going off randomly in the middle of the night and they can’t get here for three more days . WOW - we have not needed them for fifteen years but paid and now they don’t care about us . Do not recommend.
