Took a vehicle in because a tire fell off. They were instructed to do a thorough check on all wheels to see if anything else needed fixed so it would be safe to drive. They never call customers, I called every day to “check the status “ got same answer 2 times, need to order a rim, I call back rim came in damaged need to order another, call back not in, FINALLY GET A CALL FROM THEM AFTER ALMOST A WEEK, we can’t get a rim.
