Not one to write reviews but if you’re in the situation we were in, and your goal is to help your pet, costs add up and this is NOT one to waste money on unfortunately. We loved the idea of not having to bring our already anxious/reactive dog into an actual practice so Dr Footes virtual counseling seemed perfect for us. Our phone consult with Dr Foote did take place, but none of the issues or problems we had were addressed or helped. We are incredibly grateful to have been referred to Dr. Foote for our dog, Bo. Dr. Foote has been thorough, responsive, caring and understanding while working with us. Bo had a bit of an unfortunate start to life before coming to us and some negative experiences with vets that left him extremely nervous and defensive when it came to vet care and some general body handling by unfamiliar people. Dr. Foote was very knowledgeable and her suggestions for our dogs made a lot of sense. We're doing our best to follow them & have definitely seen some improvement.
