Poor customer service with communication. I booked appt on 26th Oct. Two reminder emails sent for different times on same day for appt on 11th Nov but named another person on other email? Then another email sent to say 'cancellation'? They re-booked, taking 4wks now from initial contact, so I completely cancelled re-booking as this does not look good, and says alot about incompetence. Who wants services from this business if they can't get it right in the first instance?
