I purchased a Kostka Footbike secondhand and needed some parts. I contacted Regina who was extremely helpful. Regina was able to supply the parts required, going so far as to bring parts back with her when returning from a trip to Kostka's head office in the Czech Republic. I highly recommend Footbikes Australia and Regina for their exemplary service.
Best bike, amazing service - highly recommended! Regina managed to organise a very tricky order for me, at short notice, on the other side of the country. She even communicated with me at very early hours Perth time to make sure everything was ok. The bike is excellent, so easy and great fun to ride/kick. Footbikes even stock accessories to help get more uses from the bike, such as commuting and dog mushing. In early 2020 George took me and my friend to the Perth hills to try Kostka footbike – my first experience with Kostka ever! I didn’t even know that you could ride a footbike on dirt trails. We did 45kms and I fell in love with Kostka Footbikes! Since then, I ride a footbike quite often – it’s a great form of transportation and exploration (I highly recommend taking footbike to Rotto!). Disgusting customer service, deceitful and dishonest
Awesome service. very experienced staff, and fantastic quality gear. would highly recommend anyone to go to these guys, especially if you're in the world of dog sledding! prices fantastic.
