My main use for Footbeat is to recover post workout. The results have been great! My legs feel more refreshed the next day and I am sore a lot less often. I also use them on long plane rides and they keep my legs from becoming restless. Great product!

I use the device for pre-workout warm up and post-workout recovery. The results have been remarkable. I can immediately feel the increased circulation and increased body temperature once the pump starts. It absolutely decreases lactic acid build up and muscle soreness for me the next day. It’s very easy to use and has become a natural, and relaxing, part of my training routine. Who knew something so simple could be so impactful.

I have a mild case of Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot. I use the Footbeats every few days and have had no recurring bouts of PF. The Footbeats also helps with foot swelling that comes with age.

I used my Footbeats to help with recovery from a total knee replacement. I started with only a ACE wrap and Footbeats in the recovery room and eliminated the usual swelling (and postop white stockings). I have been using them throughout my recovery process and observed Footbeats accelerated recovery and prevented the dependent edema (fluid) so common after knee replacement.
