I have absolutely loved every minute of taking Karen’s class. I have learned so much. It’s well worth the money that I paid and then some. She has been a fantastic instructor and mentor to me. This was my first time going to Karen for a foot zone. It's been a week since I was there and I still feel the results of the foot zone. I feel calmer and a difference in my body. I love how she incorporated health, mind and spirit into healing the body.
