I had a great experience at the Foot Traffic Sellwood store. The manager, Stephanie, was incredibly professional and helpful in getting me accurate sizing on my feet and had deep knowledge of a variety of brands and the specific shoes to get a perfect fit. I highly recommend this store
Amazing crew! Called ahead of time to see if they had certain shoe models that I wanted to try and Stephanie helped make sure the brands and styles I wanted would all be at the Sellwood location and put on hold for me. I went in and Anna was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with the shoes to try on and allowed me to use the treadmill for some run tests. Everyone was wonderful and gave insightful feedback on shoe fit and feel when I asked questions. Will absolutely be visiting the Sellwood Foot Traffic crew again!
In 2026 with everything being an online purchase it was great to be able to go to a brick and mortar. As a new runner I wasn't super comfortable purchasing shoes without wearing them. Anna was super helpful used the machine to measure my feet and pulled out 3 options explaining the differences in them. Overall great experience!
Great service and selection
I had such a pleasant experience shopping for new running shoes here yesterday. I’m a mom with a 1 year old and am getting back into running after a two year break. My husband and baby came with me to the shop and I really wasn’t sure what I was looking for so I brought a couple pairs of shoes that I have worn before to explain my preferences.
