The place was pretty slammed when I went in and the staff was doing a great job juggling the customers, the phone, etc. - better than I could have. Despite it all, I had a great experience. I described what I needed from a pair of shoes. Based on my input, the woman brought out a pair from the back. They were perfect. I bought them. The end. I couldn't have asked for a simpler experience. I'll definitely go back and, hopefully, for the sake of the staff, there will be more hands on deck to relieve some of the pressure on the... read more
had a good experience here, the young man with curly blonde hair helped me try on SO MANY pairs of shoes. he was very patient and knowledgeable about all the types of shoes and their features. he untied and opened them up prior to me trying them on which made it easy to try them- a nice detail of a good customer service. i spent a lot of money but it was well worth it, the two pairs of shoes and insoles i got are working well for me.
