Leo was incredibly knowledgeable about feet and proper shoe fit. He taught me why you shouldn’t slip shoes on and off because it can damage the heel over time — something no one had ever explained to me before. They really work at meeting your footwear needs. Not accessible if you can't walk down stairs, but I suppose for a running/walking shoes store that isn't a deal breaker. I was able to purchase the first pair of shoes in several years that I can walk in without pain.
