I need to express some long overdue appreciation. I first went to Gerhard Rill circa 1996, after a failed experience with a slipper casting of my feet and the subsequent lousy orthotics. At the time, with all of the other expenses and concerns of life of a growing family, it seemed expensive for his positive cast molds and full footbed orthotics. Gerhard and Deb are amazing. They've been making my Orthotics since 2004, in everything from street shoes to mountaineering boots and dress shoes to alpine and AT ski boots. Gerhard's unique knowledge about biomechanics, pedorthotics, and mountain sports combine into a form of wizardry that has kept me comfortable for over 20 years, and Deb is always able to perform miracles working around my terrible schedule. These guys are truly incredible at what they do.

Receptionist pretty catty
After spending over a thousand dollars on custom orthotics this past year, I was told that I could get them adjusted when needed for an additional fee. When I called to reschedule an appointment for an adjustment, Deb, the office manager, (the doctor's wife) was extremely disrespectful, refused services and told me to go elsewhere.
