Renting from Jeff Pralle has been wonderful. He is fair, honest, and truly invested in his renters and the integrity of the property. My family and I have been very happy in our apartment since August 2016. Under proper regulations, Jeff allowed our small dog to live here also. We are truly grateful for everything. Last fall, Jeff sold this particular property, and we miss his direction very much.
Jeff was great! Incredibly responsive and worked to make the property as well maintained as what you'd want if you owned it. And just a downright nice and caring person.
I have been very impressed with the professional service and responsiveness ,of the team at Footstep Management. All of our concerns were met with straightforward answers and our paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain free and very reassuring.
