I’ve visited this place a few times and previously left a five-star review because the massages I had were truly top-notch. However, I’m now changing it to one star after experiencing the worst massage of my life. The therapists I encountered (I even switched mid-session because it was that bad, but it made no difference) were clearly inexperienced. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch—attract customers with skilled therapists, then gradually replace them with untrained staff. Truly disappointing.
