Dra. Carter es muy fabuloso. ella habla espanol. ahe did my ingrown toenail surgery and I have no more pain. She explains everything and she’s very kind. i highly recommend Dr. Carter.
Dr. Carter is one of the best "people person" Doctors I've ever met in my life!!! I was anxious from a bad experience I had with treatment at another physician's office. When I explained this, she went and talked with another patient in the building and asked them if they would mind sharing about their experience. They were able to share that Dr. Carter is very skilled and told me about their experience with her, and that there was next to no pain involved. That really helped me be more at ease. Dr. Pham is not only a true professional, but full of kindness and empathy as well. Rare these days. Her staff is friendly and courteous. A note about a very special one: Allison. This young lady will make major differences in people's lives. I felt blessed just to spend a few minutes with her. Her empathy and genuine loving concern are remarkable.
