The customer service is horrible. The office staff are very rude. Once they determine the type of insurance you have they start coming up with different services that are not needed. Also, what is the point of an appointment if you still have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen? They over charge you on co-pays, easily taking your money, but when you request a refund for the overages, its an act of congress to get it back.....I will never return here for any services.
Dr. Caplis and staff were kind, friendly, and explained the process the entire step of the way. My first impression (with the receptionist making the appointment) wasn’t great and so I was a little worried about what kind of care this practice would provide. Thankfully, it was better than expected and exceeded any care I’ve received by any other provider. At my first appointment, I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. This is by far the best doctor’s office I have ever been to. From the front desk, to the nurses and Dr. Caplis is a remarkable doctor. He listens, he explains and he cares about your issues. If you are having foot problems definitely go see Dr.Caplis and his staff. .
