Horrible experience-Firm doesnt stand by their product/word – Owners assured/guaranteed me that their arch supports would resolve my foot pain (from hard floors), but when the product failed, they told me it was because i was not wearing shoes IN THE SHOWER! The husband (Jim) tells me i did not wear the product enough each day, yet the wife (Ligia) tells me i wore them too much! Bottom line, they do not stand by their word nor their products. Great service, expert staff Foot Solutions really helped me with my heel pain. I had tried lots of other products I got from the drug store but nothing seemed to make much difference. When I went to their store, I was examined and given a foot scan that showed my feet. After lots of listening and questions, they suggested arch supports for me and stretching. I got a pair of inserts for my shoes that I have been wearing for several weeks now. My pain is almost completely gone. THANK YOU FOOT SOLUTIONS!
