Horrible experience-Firm doesnt stand by their product/word – Owners assured/guaranteed me that their arch supports would resolve my foot pain (from hard floors), but when the product failed, they told me it was because i was not wearing shoes IN THE SHOWER! The husband (Jim) tells me i did not wear the product enough each day, yet the wife (Ligia) tells me i wore them too much! Bottom line, they do not stand by their word nor their products.
