Booked a massage online and received a confirmation email for my appointment. When I arrived, I waited several minutes before being acknowledged. I was then informed that my appointment was not on the schedule and was given a business card with instructions to call and make an appointment instead. Very disappointing experience, especially after receiving a confirmed booking. I took time out of my day to attend the appointment and expected the reservation to be honored. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
